okay, this is almost surreal.
Cara's mother and I were pregnant at the same time. She gave birth a few months before I did, and I would go over to her house and watch little baby Cara in anticipation for my own daughter's birth.
oh. now I'm gonna cry.
anyway, Cara's wedding is coming up in a few months. Matt, her fiance was in 4K with her. Four years old. who knew? Here they are a few decades later.

Carolyne was my high school intern from Mosley. It was really awesome to see how things have changed for her over the years! She married her best friend from high school, how wonderful is that?

I feel so very blessed! I meet the nicest people in this line of work, and I am still amazed at how they invite me into such an intimate place in their lives.
We even sat with them and had wedding cake and coke in the glass bottle (yes, there IS a difference!) at the end of the evening.
